Asian Noodle Salad


1 package rice noodles prepared according to directions

next step: mix the next 6 ingredients together for dressing:

2 Tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils: Roasted Sesame Oil

2 Tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils: LemonGrass Mint White Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils: Persian Lime EVOO

1 Tablespoon Coronado Taste of Oils: Harissa EVOO

1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce

3 Tablespoons Lite Soy Sauce

1 bag shredded cabbage

1 bag shredded carrots

several large handfuls of fresh bean sprouts

5 green onions thinly sliced

2 tablespoons each:  fresh mint leaves, fresh cilantro (chopped)


In a large bowl: toss noodles,cabbage,carrots,sprouts,onions and fresh herbs with dressing.

Chipolte Hummus


3   15 ounce cans garbanzo beans, drained

1/2 cup "Coronado Taste of Oils" Chipolte Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup "Coronado Taste of Oils" Roasted Sesame Oil (ultra premium)

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon cumin


Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve with pita bread & fresh veggies
