Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Chicken

Time to dust off that BBQ and welcome the warm days of Spring! Ingredients: ¼ cup + 2 T. Chipotle Olive Oil ½ cup Pineapple Balsamic 2 T. Minced garlic ¼ soy sauce 1 cup ketchup 1 20oz can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 cup honey 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce minced (optional) 12 chicken thighs (bone-in & skin on) Preheat oven: 400 degrees.
