Blueberry Pancake Syrup
Homemade blueberry syrup is simple with just 4 ingredients. This recipe shows how to make this delicious syrup for pancakes or ice cream.
Ingredients
½ cup water
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
¼ cup Coronado Taste of Oils Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup blueberries + additional for garnish
Directions:
n small sauce pan, bring water and brown sugar to boil, cook until sugar dissolves. Add Coronado Taste of Oils Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar and blueberries. Cook for 5 minutes or until thickened and syrupy.
Use for pancakes, French toast or over ice cream.
