Dark Chocolate Balsamic Popcorn
Sweeten up your next movie night and make a batch of this dark chocolate balsamic vinegar popcorn. This chocolate covered popcorn is the perfect combination of sweet and salty and absolutely addictive. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp Coronado Taste of Oils Dark Chocolate Balsamic
Directions:
Heat the coconut oil in a large pot on medium-high heat (~6-7/10, if your stove-top happens to have numbers).
Pour in the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid, leaving a tiny bit of space to allow it to vent.
Remove popcorn from heat and pour into large bowl.
Bring Coronado Taste of Oils Dark Chocolate Balsamic to a boil over medium heat, then lower heat to a simmer for 2-4 minutes until it thickens.
Drizzle over popcorn and toss to mix!
