1 part Coronado Taste of Biancolilla Italy – Mild EVOO
1 part Coronado Taste of Oils 18 Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 to 1 Tsp. of (your favorite) honey, jam or mustard
(as an emulsifier)
Pinch of Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into a shaker or jar, shake well.
It’s usually best to make just the amount that you need for your salad, but any left over may be stored in refrigerator up to 2 days.
