1 15.5 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils Basil Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. basil leaves, chopped, stems removed
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 avocado, sliced
Slices of artisan bread, brushed with Coronado Taste of Oils Basil Olive Oil; toasted
In the bowl of a food processor, puree’ the cannellini beans, garlic, salt and pepper until just blended.
Add the basil leaves and pulse until incorporated.
Add the Coronado Taste of Oils Basil Olive Oil and pulse 1-2 times.
Remove to a serving bowl.
Top each toast with the cannellini mixture and a slice or 2 of avocado and a little drizzle of oil.
