California’s Bounty Basil Olive Oil & Lemon Balsamic
Ingredients
3 cups pear or grape tomatoes, halved horizontally
3 Tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils Basil Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped Basil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with some basil leaves.
Serve on a serving platter with a sliced fresh baguette.
