2 cups baby heirloom tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils Tuscan Herb Olive Oil + more for brushing on bread
2 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup basil, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced.
1 loaf Ciabattanbread, sliced in half
Mix together first 6 ingredients and marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.
Brush bread with Coronado Taste of Oils Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and broil in oven until edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and cut into thin slices.
Place tomatoes in the middle of a platter and surround with sliced bread.
