Black Currant Balsamic and Lemon Olive Oil with Pear Bruschetta

 


Ingredients

1 Baguette, sliced
2 pears, chopped
2 Tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
divided use
2 Tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils Black Currant Balsamic
1/2 Cup Mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon honey


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Lay baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake 4 minutes.

In a non-stick pan add chopped pears and 1 Tablespoon Coronado Taste of Oils Meyer Lemon Olive Oil.
Slowly cook pears over medium heat, until soft. (Approx 10 mins).

In a small bowl, combine the remaining oil and mascarpone.

Spread mixture on warm baguette slices and top with pear mixture.

Small drizzle of Coronado Taste of Oils Black Currant Balsamic.
