Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Chicken
Ingredients
3 T. Coronado Taste of Oils Mild EVOO Olive Oil
4 chicken breasts (skin on)
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
In an oven safe pan with a lid, drizzle Coronado Taste of Oils Mild EVOO Olive Oil.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each chicken breast.
Place chicken, skin side down into a heated pan.
Sear for about 4 minutes on each side.
Pour the Coronado Taste of Oils Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar into the pan, cover with the lid and place in the oven.
Cook chicken in the heated oven for about 20 minutes, until juices run clear.
Serve with basmati rice.
