1 15.5 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils Garlic Oil
2 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils White Truffle Oil, divided
2 Tbsp. Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped, stems removed
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 loaf artisan bread, sliced and toasted lightly
In the bowl of a food processor, puree’ the cannellini beans, garlic, Coronado Taste of Oils Garlic Oil, salt and pepper until just blended.
Add the parsley and pulse until incorporated.
Add half the Coronado Taste of Oils White Truffle Oil and pulse 1-2 times.
Remove to a serving bowl and drizzle with Truffle oil, surround with toasted bread.
