3 – 15.5 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
2 – 15.5 oz can artichoke hearts in water, drained
1/4 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Garlic Oil
3 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils White Truffle Oil
Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/3 cup)
1/2 tsp. each Salt & Pepper
In the bowl of a food processor, puree’ the cannellini beans, artichokes hearts, Coronado Taste of Oils Garlic Oil, salt and pepper until incorporated.
Add Coronado Taste of Oils White Truffle Oil and pulse.
Remove to a serving bowl and serve toasted bread.
