Coconut Balsamic – Lemon Olive Oil Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 bananas
1 star fruit, sliced
1/2 pineapple, cubed
1 mango, cubed
1/4 cups coconut flakes
Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Coronado Taste of Oils Coconut Balsamic
Pinch of salt & pepper

Directions:

Peel bananas and toss in a few teaspoons of Coronado Taste of Oils Coconut Balsamic (to prevent browning).

Whisk together Coronado Taste of Oils Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, Coronado Taste of Oils Coconut Balsamic, add salt and peppers until thoroughly combined.

Drizzle over fruit salad and serve.
