Coronado Beach Espresso Balsamic and Garlic Olive Oil BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

2 TBL Coronado Taste of Oils Garlic Olive Oil

1⁄2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Espresso Balsamic
2 TBL Minced garlic

1⁄4 soy sauce
1 cup ketchup

1⁄4 cup strong coffee
1 cup honey

Directions:

In medium sauce pan, sauté Coronado Taste of Oils Garlic Olive Oil and garlic until golden.

Remove from heat and let it cool.
Whisk in ketchup, honey, Coronado Taste of Oils Espresso Balsamic, soy sauce and coffee.

Return to heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite grilled chicken, ribs, steaks or corn on the cob!
