Cranberry Pear Balsamic Chutney
Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) pkg fresh cranberries (frozen may be substituted)
2 firm pears (D’anjou or Bartlett are perfect), peeled and chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Cranberry Pear Balsamic
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, simmer for 1 hour.
Serve along with “Winter Chicken” and Winter Green Salad for a perfect weekday meal.
