Dark Chocolate Balsamic Cherry Protein Paleo Bars
Ingredients
1/4 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup unsweetened dried cherries
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. Cocoa nibs
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (Dutch processed)
1/4 cup non-peanut nut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts
Pinch of salt
2-3 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils Dark Chocolate Balsamic or Coronado Taste of Oils Cherry Balsamic
Directions:
Process the dates in the food processor until crumbly.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. (Or, fold in the walnuts & cherries for a
chunky bar).
Add 2-3 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils Dark Chocolate Balsamic or Coronado Taste of Oils Cherry Balsamic until desired consistency.
Press into an 8 x 8x 2 inch pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy.
