4-6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (patted dry)
1 28oz can CRUSHED tomatoes
2 medium onions thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Espresso Balsamic
3 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
1 tsp. each: dried oregano, basil, and rosemary
1/2 tsp. thyme, ground black pepper and salt to taste
Pour the Coronado Taste of Oils Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil on bottom of slow cooker, add chicken breasts, salt and pepper each breast, put sliced onions on top of chicken then put in all the dried herbs and garlic cloves.
Pour in Coronado Taste of Oils Espresso Balsamic and top with crushed tomatoes.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Enjoy over rice.
