Halibut with Grapefruit Balsamic and Blood Orange Olive Oil Glaze

 


Ingredients

1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Grapefruit Balsamic

2-3 Tbsps. Orange Honey
1/4 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Blood Orange Olive Oil

2 cloves garlic minced
4 6-ounze halibut fillets


Directions

Whisk Coronado Taste of Oils Grapefruit Balsamic, honey, Coronado Taste of Oils Blood Orange Olive Oil and garlic in a bowl.

Gently place halibut fillets in large Ziploc bag andn pour 1/2 of the marinade over fish.

Seal bag and marinate up to 4 hours in refrigerator.

Preheat broiler and line baking sheet with foil.

Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.

Place marinated fish on baking sheet and broil for about 12 minutes until golden.

Meanwhile, bring remaining 1/2 of marinade to boil in small sauce pan and simmer until it thickens and becomes syrupy.

Stir often up to 10 minutes.

Plate the fish and drizzle sauce over the fish.
