Harissa Oil and Pomegranate Balsamic Lamb Chops
Ingredients
6 thick cut lamb chops
1/4 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Harissa Oil
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 Cup Coronado Taste of Oils Pomegranate Balsamic
Directions
Place lamb chops in a zip top bag.
Mix oil and yogurt together and pour over the chops.
Marinate 4-8 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat grill to 400o. (Remove chops from refrigerator while grill is preheating).
Place chops onto well-oiled grill and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until desired doneness is achieved.
Place onto platter, cover to keep warm and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
To serve, drizzle balsamic over chops and serve.
