Hummus with Harissa Olive Oil
3 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 Cup Coronado Taste of Oils Harissa Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
1⁄2 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
Nan or Lavash bread, sliced and lightly toasted
In the bowl of a food processor, puree the garbanzo beans, garlic and 2 tablespoons of Coronado Taste of Oils Harissa Olive Oil.
Taste, and then add salt, pepper and more Coronado Taste of Oils Harissa Olive Oil, if desired.
Add parsley (or cilantro) and pulse untilcombined.
Serve in a bowl placed in the middle of a platter of your favorite lavash or nan bread.
