Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil “Red Hot Lovers” Pasta
Ingredients
Boiling water, salt & heart –shaped pasta
1/4 Cup Coronado Taste of Oils Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
1 shallot, diced
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Bring 6 cups water to boil, then add salt.
Boil pasta 8-9 minutes until al dente, drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, add Coronado Taste of Oils Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil and sauté shallots until soft.
Add tomatoes and toss until just warmed through.
Add pasta and toss.
Garnish with Parmesan.
Enjoy with a hearty Burgundy wine.
