1/2 C. Coronado Taste of Oils Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
1/2 C. Coronado Taste of Oils Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
2 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. sugar 3 Tbsp. fresh basil
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
8 oz. Firm Tofu, cut into 1/4 inch thickness
8 oz. Baked Tofu
Place all ingredients (except tofu) in a shaker and shake well.
Place the tofu slices on a platter in an alternating patterns, and pour the reserved marinade over the tofu and cover with plastic wrap.
Marinate at least 8 hours. (Can made the night before).
Serve with an assortment of crackers and a crisp white wine.
