2 Tbls Coronado Taste of Oils Honey Ginger Balsamic
2 Tbls Coronado Taste of Oils Manzanillo EVOO
2 Tbls low salt Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tbls brown sugar
mix in small bowl and set aside
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 thinly sliced red bell peppers
1 bunch scallions
1 bag cabbage (angel hair shredded)
1 cup bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 Tbls: minced garlic
Heat wok (or large non-stick pan) to high heat with 2 Tbls EVOO and Coronado Taste of Oils Honey Ginger Balsamic, add first 3 vegetables.
Cook for 4 minutes and then add the remaining veggies, stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Toss the veggies with the sauce and serve over rice.
