3 small zucchini, cut into noodle thin long strips (made with Spiralizer)
1 T High Polyphenol EVOO
1 T Coronado Taste of Oils Roasted Sesame Oil
2 T Coronado Taste of Oils Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 garlic clove, grated
Wash and trim zucchini then slice it into noodle-like strips using a Spiralizer.
Transfer to a bowl.
To make the dressing in a salad shaker, combine extra virgin olive oil, Coronado Taste of Oils Roasted Sesame Oil, Coronado Taste of Oils Honey Ginger Balsamic, grated garlic and a pinch of salt to taste.
Shake for about 30 seconds and dressing is done!
Pour over zucchini, serve cold.
