Dan’s Jalapeno Balsamic Mahi Mahi Tacos

 


Ingredients

1/2 pound Mahi Mahi
2 Tbls. Coronado Taste of Oils Jalapeno Balsamic
2 Tbls. Coronado Taste of Oils Green Limonata Olive Oil
Avocados sliced Pico de Gallo
1/2 cup Crema Mexicana Plus

1 Tablespoon Coronado Taste of Oils Jalapeno Balsamic
Fresh Cilantro

Corn tortillas –warmed


Directions

Marinate Fish in 2 Tbls. each Coronado Taste of Oils Jalapeno Balsamic & Limonata Olive Oil for 20 minutes.

Grill or Sautee Fish until tender. (2-3 per side until flaky)

Slice intosmall portions to fit your tortillas.

Slice Avocados, mix Crema with remaining Tablespoon Coronado Taste of Oils Jalapeno Balsamic.
Assemble Tacos: Place fish in tortilla, add a slice of avocado, a Tablespoon of Pico De Gallo, and add crema mix & Cilantro and enjoy!!
