Whisk first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl to create marinade.
Reserve 1/2 marinade in refrigerator.
Place remaining marinade in a Ziploc bag with chicken.
Refrigerate for 6 hours (or overnight).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place marinated chicken on a large nonstick baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, place unused marinade in a small saucepan and reduce until thick (6-8 minutes).
Serve chicken hot with marinade.
