White Truffle Oil, Eggs over Focaccia
Ingredients
1 large loaf focaccia bread
3T. Coronado Taste of Oils White Truffle Oil
3 eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 cup low fat milk
Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Scoop out top of focaccia bread creating a “soup bowl” effect.
Brush inside of bread bowl with Coronado Taste of Oils White Truffle Oil.
