1/4 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Extra Virgin Olive Oil (like Garlic)
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 tsp. each: cumin, thyme, Cajun seasoning, poultry seasoning
& Worcestershire sauce
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Lemongrass Mint Balsamic
1 pound smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 pound cooked & cubed chicken
1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 pound peeled & deveined shrimp
1/2 cup (your favorite brand) bottled tomato chili sauce
Cooked rice for serving
Heat large pot, add Coronado Taste of Oils Extra Virgin Olive Oil and veggies.
Cook until tender. (4-5 minutes). add spices and seasonings and cook for an additional minute.
Add broth, Coronado Taste of Oils Lemongrass Mint Balsamic, tomatoes, chili sauce and bring to boil.
Add sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add chicken and simmer
