8 oz. Fresh mozzarella, sliced 1⁄4 inch thick
3-4 Big Red Tomatoes (sliced)
10-12 Fresh basil leaves,
3-4 Avocados (sliced lengthwise)
2 Tbsp. Coronado Taste of Oils Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Wash and slice tomatoes Slice mozzarella while still cold, but serve at room temperature.
On a serving platter, place slices of tomato, avocado and mozzarella alternately to form a pretty pattern.
In a salad shaker, add lemon juice & Coronado Taste of Oils Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, salt and shake well.
Pour over tomatoes & cheese and then top with fresh basil leaves.
