1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tsp. Coronado Taste of Oil Sesame Oil
2 tsp. Tamari or coconut aminos (non-soy substitute)
1 tsp. black and white sesame seeds
Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add Coronado Taste of Oil Sesame Oil and wait until it shimmers.
Add green beans in a single layer.
Cook undisturbed until browned.
Toss once and caramelize the other side.
Remove from heat and drizzle the Tamari around the pan.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
