Balsamic & Olive Oil Halibut with Quince Glaze
Ingredients
1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Balsamic
2-3 Tbsps. Orange Honey
1/4 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Olive Oil
2 cloves galic, minced
4 6-ounze halibut fillets
Directions
Whisk Coronado Taste of Oils Balsamic, honey, Coronado Taste of Oils Blood Orange Olive Oil (or your favorite) EVOO and garlic in a bowl.
Gently place halibut fillets in large Ziploc bag and pour 1/2 of the marinade over fish.
Seal bag and marinate up to 1 hour in refrigerator.
Preheat broiler and line baking sheet with foil.
Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Place marinated fish on baking sheet and broil for about 12 minutes until golden.
Meanwhile, bring remaining 1/2 of marinade to boil in small sauce pan and simmer until it thickens and becomes syrupy.
Stir often up to 10 minutes.
Plate the fish and drizzle sauce over the fish.
