Smoked Artichoke Roasted Garlic Olive Oil Bread
1 loaf Ciabatta Bread, sliced in half horizontally
1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oil Garlic Olive Oil
1 jar Delizia Smoked Artichoke Tapenade Spread
1/4 to 1/2 cup Bread Dipping Parmesan Blend
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brush bread with Coronado Taste of Oil Garlic Olive Oil, toast in oven until just golden.
Take bread out of oven and coat with artichoke spread, put back in oven until topping is bubbling.
Sprinkle bread liberally with Bread Dipping Parmesan Blend, slice and serve with pasta…if it makes it to the table!
