Toasted Sesame Oil & Chipotle Olive Oil – Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

 


Ingredients

1 15-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
1 28-oz. can fire-roasted red peppers, drained (or approx. 3
large, fresh charred and skin removed).
1/3 Cup Coronado Taste of Oils Chipotle Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Coronado Taste of Oils Toasted Sesame Oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 Tsp. each salt & pepper
1 Tsp. ground cumin

1/2 Cup lemon juice


Directions

In the bowl of a food processor, add garbanzo beans and red peppers.

Process until chunky.

Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Taste, adjust salt & pepper to taste.

Serve with pita bread and/or fresh vegetables.
