Made with organic red lentil flour and spring water from the Piedmont region of Italy. Dalla Costa uses bronze dies and low temperatures for drying. We find the texture similar in bite to semolina pastas and this shape is great for picking up any kind of sauce! This pasta with lentils is a great source of fiber and protein of vegetable origin and suitable for a balanced diet.
