California Manzanillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is complex yet subtle in nature, a very beautiful oil! These olives are grown in Lodi, California, in a small orchard, which is cared for all by hand. As you would expect, no herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers were used in the orchard. Manzanillo olives are traditionally used as table olives, but they make a beautiful, buttery oil as well!
