Made from the finest red bell peppers and eggplants found under the Sicilian sun, this smooth and creamy pâté makes a perfect pasta sauce, tapenade or bruschetta spread and is delicious on grilled meats, on crackers for a snack or served with cheese as an appetizer. Based on generations of Mediterranean tradition, our artisanal producers created these ready to eat pâtés and pestos in small batches, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients.
Ingredients: Sweet peppers, tomato pulp, eggplant, sunflower oil, double concentrated tomato paste, onion, fructose, milk proteins, parsley, modified corn starch, salt, lactic acid as acidity regulator.

Manufactured in a factory that also processes other nuts (pine nuts, almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, soy and egg derivatives).
Keep in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. After opening, please keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.
