Marovato Risotto “Ravello” With Lemon Zest
The richness and fragrance of lemon oils please our senses in this delicious risotto that will remind you of Ravello city. This amazing Italian “one pot” pasta dish can be easily cooked in minutes, and do not require any additional ingredients. All ingredients used are 100% natural!

Preparation: bring 3 ¼ cups (0.75 Liter) of water and 3 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the contents of the package, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 16 minutes, adding more water if needed. Remove the lid and keep cooking for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Add more water and keep cooking for a softer texture. Stir spontaneously at convenience during cooking. Season to taste, add olive oil and grated cheese before serving.
Useful tips: Before serving, add 100g of tuna in oil, or your favorite protein, melted with 1 tbsp of butter and some fresh parsley.
