The “red” version of an authentic Italian pesto–with the flavorful bonus of earthy truffles. A perfect combination of sun-dried tomatoes, nuts, garlic, cheese, and basil will be one of your new favorites that you will never want to be without!

This sauce, perfect for pasta, toast, meat or any other use is prepared with a smooth and harmonious flavor which will leave you wanting more. You can almost feel the southern Italian sun in every bite…A wonderful addition to the pantry! (If you have a spoon, it won’t last long!)


Ingredients: Tomato paste, sunflower oil, cashew nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, cheeses (cow’s milk, sheep’s milk, bacterial
cultures, rennet), Grana Padano cheese (it contains lysozyme from egg), basil, salt, extra virgin olive oil, black summer
truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavor, garlic, soy lechitin as emulsifying agent, citric acid as acidity regulator, chili pepper.

Keep in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3-4
days of opening.
