Ingredients 1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Blood Orange Olive Oil1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Pomegranate Balsamic1 T Dijon mustard3 cups chopped fresh kale2 medium beets, roasted, peeled and diced1/2 apple, diced1/4 chopped candied walnuts1/2 cup pomegranate arils Directions Place Coronado Taste of Oils Blood Orange Olive Oil, Coronado Taste of Oils Pomegranate Balsamic and mustard in salad shaker and shake to blend.
