  Ingredients 1 mashed avocado2 cups frozen peas1/4 cup plain yogurt3 Tbl. Coronado Taste of Oils Black Currant Balsamic3 1/2 cups water2 cups baby spinach1/2 cup fresh mint1 Tbsp. Spirilina (optional)Fresh Coronado Taste of OIls Arbequina Olive Oil for garnish Directions: Puree avocado, peas, yogurt, water & Coronado Taste of Oils Black Currant Balsamic until creamy. Add spinach, mint and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.Serve chilled with a splash of fresh Coronado Taste of OIls Arbequina Olive Oil .
