Toasted Sesame Oil & Chipotle Olive Oil – Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients 1 15-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained1 28-oz. can fire-roasted red peppers, drained (or approx. 3large, fresh charred and skin removed).1/3 Cup Coronado Taste of Oils Chipotle Olive Oil1/4 Cup Coronado Taste of Oils Toasted Sesame Oil2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 Tsp. each salt & pepper1 Tsp. ground cumin 1/2 Cup lemon juice Directions In the bowl of a food processor, add garbanzo beans and red peppers.
