Ingredients 1lb large shrimp (21/25’s) tails off2 Tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils Basil Olive Oil2 cloves garlic, minced2 T Coronado Taste of Oils Peach Balsamic 1 bag fancy greens2 avocados, slicedSoft goat cheese, sliced8 inch flour tortillas Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss Shrimp w/ 2 tablespoons Coronado Taste of Oils Basil Olive Oil and roast for 6-7 minutes until pink.
