Blood Orange Olive Oil & Pomegrante Balsamic Chopped Kale Salad with Apple and Roasted Beets
Ingredients 1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Blood Orange Olive Oil1/2 cup Coronado Taste of Oils Pomegranate Balsamic1 T Dijon mustard3 cups chopped fresh kale2 medium beets, roasted, peeled and diced1/2 apple, diced1/4 chopped candied walnuts1/2 cup pomegranate arils Directions Place Coronado Taste of Oils Blood Orange Olive Oil, Coronado Taste of Oils Pomegranate Balsamic and mustard in salad shaker and shake to blend. Place chopped kale in large salad bowl. Add beets, apples, walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with dressing and serve!!
