Ingredients 4 Ripe, red tomatoes 2 Tbsp Coronado Taste of Oils Red Cayenne Chili Olive Oil 1⁄2 tsp sugar1⁄2 tsp salt1⁄4 tsp pepperParmesan cheese, grated Directions: Slice top and bottom off of tomatoes.
